1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Patch & Proud. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our caps as accurately as we can and photograph them as they are. Screens vary, so a slight difference in color between a photograph and the product you receive is normal. Embroidery placement can also vary very slightly from piece to piece — that is a normal characteristic of embroidered goods, not a defect.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers to the address you provided.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Our content

The text, layout, graphics, and photographs on this site belong to Patch & Proud or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape or copy it for a competing service.

11. Third-party links

Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a product or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in the country where you live.
