Printed hats look fine on day one. Then they go through the wash, the ink cracks, and the joke ends up peeling off your forehead in the truck.
We do it the slow way. A sheet of genuine leather goes under the laser, the letters burn in deep enough to feel with your thumb, and someone stitches the patch onto the cap by hand.

Keeping the leather alive
- Never machine wash. Water swells the leather and warps the stitch line.
- Spot clean only — damp cloth, mild soap, light pressure, then blot dry.
- Air dry away from heat. A radiator or a hot car will dry the patch out and crack it.
- Condition once or twice a year with a neutral leather balm to keep the colour deep.
- Store it on its crown, not folded. The front panel holds its shape that way.
