Embroidered, not printed
Every design on our caps is stitched into the fabric with thread. Printed graphics sit on top of the cotton and crack or peel with washing; embroidery is part of the cap. Run your thumb across the front and you can feel the raised stitching.
Washed cotton
Most of our caps are made from garment-washed cotton. The wash is done before the cap reaches you, which is why the colour looks slightly faded and the fabric feels broken in on day one instead of stiff and shiny.
Built to be adjusted
Our dad caps use an adjustable strap at the back, and our snapbacks use a snap closure. One cap, adjusted to the person wearing it.
Who makes them
We are a small operation. We do not run our own embroidery floor — our caps are produced by a manufacturing partner we work with, and each order is checked before it is packed and shipped to you. We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend there is a workshop behind the website.
What we will not do
We do not sell caps we have not seen, and we do not describe a printed graphic as embroidery. If a product is made differently from what is described on this page, it says so on the product page itself.
