You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

How to start a return

Email hihihahaphansau01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Every return must be approved by us first. Once it is approved, we email you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Items shipped back without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded, so please contact us before sending anything.

What we can accept

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, in the same condition you received it, and returned with its original packaging and tags. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours to cover, and any shipping you originally paid is not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a cap arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most of these cases you will not need to ship anything back.

Refunds

Once your approved return arrives and we have inspected it, we email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it has not appeared, email us and we will chase it.

We may refuse a refund, or refund only part of an order, if an item comes back worn, washed, altered, damaged by misuse, missing parts, or without prior authorization.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before the order ships. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
