Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day. If you choose Priority Processing at checkout, your order moves to the front of the queue and is prepared first.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated at 8–15 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, or peak-season volume.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed, returned, or lost because an address was incomplete or incorrect. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — an address can only be changed before the order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders delivered outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are set by your own country’s authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If tracking stops moving for an unusually long time, or the carrier marks your parcel delivered but you cannot find it, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it with you until it is resolved.
