How we handle it
We confirm stock and timing before you pay. If we cannot get the quantity you need by the date you need it, we will tell you straight away rather than take the order and hope.
Custom embroidery
Our current range is fixed — the designs you see are the designs we carry. If you are after custom text or a logo on a cap, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it before you count on it.
